Toddler Kale and Sea Salt Chips

What kid doesn’t like potato chips? They are crunchy and salty. But what kid loves veggies – my daughter now. I decided to make some healthy kale chips for┬áher, and she ate her entire bowl.

Ingredients:
*Organic Kale
*Sea Salt
*Olive oil
*Lemon optional

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Rinse kale, cut off the stems and cut into potato chip size
3. Sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt
4. Lay flat on a baking sheet
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy
6. Let cool and serve

If you like the flavor of lemon, you can sprinkle with lemon juice when you take them out of the oven. They are delicious and a great alternative to potato chips, which usually contain about 15 ingredients including preservatives.

Along with being an anti-inflammatory, Kale is loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants.
