Oh the joys of morning sickness! One ingredient that helped tame my morning/day/night sickness was ginger. I cooked and juiced with fresh ginger and ate ginger chews. Now, I enjoy adding ginger to my juiced drinks for breakfast. Again, liquids in the morning are easier to digest. And juicing removes the hard to digest plant fibers, leaving the valuable nutrients for us to consume.
1. Three organic carrots
2. Ginger – 1 inch piece
3. One Grapefruit
Juice all ingredients in a juicer. Add more ginger if you like the taste. Stir and enjoy!
